Dethatching / Weed Control

Evergreen lawns do not usually have thatch problems. If needed, however, lawns can be raked with metal-timed leaf rake this month to remove thatch and other debris.

Weed Control:
Apply a granular pre-emergence weed control, along with fertilizer, when soil temperatures reach a consistent 50 degrees.
